To link with a wide range of agencies - generic, specialist and armed forces support agencies- in order to ensure that armed forces service leavers have accsess to support that is relevant and consistant and it is provided for as long as necessary.

To develop a system to mentor the support provided to armed force service leavers in order to ensure that it is relevant consistant and provided for as long as required.

Many armed forces service leavers experience a wide range of difficulties after leaving service life, Including mental health,  Housing problem, Unemployment, Alcohol  gambling and substance misuse, Financial social and marriage breakdown

Many service leavers fail to accsess support at the point of leaving the armed force services, This means that many service leavers do not have anybody to turn to when facing difficulties and where there is support it can be inconsistant we want to redress this.
